Steps to Get Back Something You Accidentally Deleted via 4DDiG

You can also try the Restore Previous Version option. This feature saves the history of a certain file or folder.
If you want to restore a deleted file, you need to visit the folder it was previously located, check the file history, and select the version you want to restore. However, this method will only work if the File History feature is turned on beforehand.
Restoring the previous version can also affect the changes you made to your other files. For example, if you edit a document, all the changes made will be gone and the file will be back to its previous version. You may need to redo the edits again.
Step 1
Open File Explorer and go to the folder of the deleted file/s.
Step 2
Right-click the folder and select Show more options > Restore previous versions.

From there, you should see versions with different dates. Remember when your files were deleted and select the version with an earlier date.

Tick Restore to undo the deletion on your PC. After that, the deleted files should be stored again in the folder.
