Method 3: Move Voice Memos from iPhone to PC via SHAREit
If you want a faster way to transfer your voice memos, you may use SHAREit. It is a file-sharing app that can transfer audio files such as music, voice recordings, and other types of data.
All you need to do is download the app on both phones, connect them using the app, the App Store, and Microsoft Store, and directly transfer iPhone voicemails to PC.
Download the app on both devices.
Launch SHAREit on the computer and you should see a QR Code.
On your iPhone, tick the + icon and select Connect to PC. Scan the QR code on the computer screen, and this will connect your phone to the computer.
From there, open the Music tab and find your voice memos. Tick your target file and choose Download.
You can see the progress on the Transfer tab. And when it’s done, tick the Folder icon to check your files.
Method 4: Save Voicemails from iPhone to Computer via Email
If installing apps is a hassle for you, then you can try sending your voice memos through email. All you need to do is attach the voicemails to an email and send it to the email address used on the computer. Once you receive the attachments, you can then download them on your PC.
Keep in mind that you can only attach files up to 25MB per email. You may need to send several emails if your voicemails exceed the limit. Here’s how to do it.
On your iPhone, open your email and compose a new message. Type in the receiving email used on the computer in the recipient box.
Next, tick the Attachment icon and choose the target voice memo. After that, Send.
On your PC, open your email and check the messages. Once you receive the email you just sent, click the attachments and select Download.
The voice memos should be stored in the download folder after that.
