How to Remove Previous Apple ID from iPhone without Password

Last Updated: October 19th, 2023By Categories: Unlock Apple Device

If you have the password, removing the current Apple ID from the iPhone is no sweat.

However, when this iPhone is logged in with someone else’s Apple ID, there’s no way to get the digits for the signout. This happens often when this is a secondhand iPhone or someone uses your iPhone. In either case, they forget to sign off their Apple ID, leaving a massive issue to you.

With someone else’s Apple ID existing on your iPhone, you may have trouble enjoying the exclusive Apple services like iCloud, Find My, App Store, iTunes Store, and more. To use this iPhone with all the Apple services, let’s remove the Apple ID from this iPhone even without the password.

How to Remove Apple ID from iPhone without Password

Method 1: Remove Previous Apple ID from iPhone with The Previous Owner’s Help

It’s all about the Find My iPhone security feature. When this feature is enabled on the iPhone, you must enter the iCloud password to sign off. However, this feature can also help us remove the Apple ID when used correctly.

If the owner of this Apple ID is willing to help you out, you can share the below tutorial with the person. Even if the person is not around, he/she can still log out of the Apple ID remotely without touching the phone screen.

Check this out:

Without the assistance of the Apple ID owner and the password, don’t worry, you can remove the account with the easy screen passcode.

When this iPhone is installed with a screen lock and you know the passcode, removing the Apple ID from this iPhone is easy as pie.

To achieve this, we have two options, one is to change the password for this Apple ID and another is to use a third-party Apple ID unlocker – 4uKey.

Option 1: Remove Apple ID from iPhone By Changing Password

On the iPhone Settings, there’s access to changing the Apple password with the screen passcode. So, if you’ve forgotten the password for your own Apple ID or the owner of the previous Apple ID refuses to help, enter the screen passcode to get a new password.

  • Launch SettingsApple IDPassword & SecurityChange Password.
  • Now, enter the screen passcode to verify yourself as the owner of this iPhone.
  • Lastly, enter a new password twice and hit Change to complete.

Caution:

If by any chance, you’ve tapped the Sign Out button and failed to sign off the current Apple ID, the Apple system will log this Apple account as abnormal. The convenience to pass the verification with a passcode will be gone in the air. It will ask you to enter the password for the account.

If this happens, you cannot change the Apple ID password. Check out Option 2 to remove the Apple ID then.

Option 2: Remove Apple ID from iPhone using 4uKey Apple Unlocker

As a professional and powerful unlocker program for Apple ID, 4uKey is capable of removing the Apple account from an iPhone and iPad.

4uKey removes any Apple ID from your iPhone without a password. You can simply plug in your iPhone to a computer installed with 4uKey. In minutes, you can say farewell to the Apple ID.

4uKey iOS Unlocker Interface
