Tip: How to Avoid Forgetting Your Pattern Locks
To avoid being locked out of your phone, follow these tips.
- Use a simple and easy-to-remember pattern lock – What’s the point of having a hard-to-crack password if you can’t even remember it? If you keep forgetting your pattern, it would be better if you use something simple. Try out patterns that only use a single stroke or something that looks like a letter or shape.
- Write down your password – Get a notebook or a piece of paper to draw your pattern. Then keep that paper in your bag or inside a drawer. So if you ever forget your password, you just copy what you draw. Just make sure that you keep your copy secured from intruders.
- Use the same password for all your devices – It will be easier to remember a pattern if you use it on all of your devices. You don’t need to remember a bunch of passwords, you just need to remember one.
Make sure no one else knows about your password to avoid a data breach.
