Method 1: How to Sign Out Find My iPhone from iPhone
On the target iPhone, launch the Settings app. Tap on your Apple ID to remove the Find My iPhone.
On your Apple ID management screen, proceed by hitting Find My and Find My iPhone again. Enter your iCloud password to turn it off.
Tip:
If this iPhone is about to be given away, you can sign out of Find My iPhone and reset the iPhone at the same time. Follow this path:
Settings – General – Transfer or Reset iPhone – Erase All Content and Settings. There, iPhone will prompt you to enter the iCloud password to sign out the Find My iPhone.

Step 1:
