Last Updated: October 20th, 2023By Categories: Bypass FRP

When you forget your Gmail or Google account password, you won’t be able to sign in unless you successfully get through the verification process. Yes! Google requires you to verify your identity on all platforms in case you don’t remember your login details. It’s part of keeping your account safe from hackers and the like.

While that’s reassuring, not being able to use your Gmail to enjoy the full Android experience like sending important emails, downloading legit apps, etc. is frustrating. It can even lock you out of your phone after a reset. But there’s nothing to worry about. In this article, you will know how to bypass Gmail Login Verification in 3 easy ways. Read on for more details.

How To Bypass Gmail Login Verification Verification

Method 1: Bypass Gmail Login Verification by Recovering the Account

You don’t have to under the painstaking verification process if you can recover and reset your account. When you sign up for a Google account/Gmail, it’s required to provide account recovery details like a different email address that you manage or your mobile number. Either of the two can be used to recover your account.

Step 1

On the Gmail login page, click on the Forgot Email/Password option. You will then be redirected to a different page. There, provide your recovery email address or phone number and submit it. Make sure to enter the correct one that’s linked to the Gmail account.

Step 2

Then, you will receive a recovery link. Check your emails or text messages right after. Once you have the link, just click on it and you will be redirected to a secure webpage. There, set up your new password and save it.

Note:

Sometimes, Google may send you a special code instead of a link to reset your account. Make sure not to post it publicly or share it with someone to avoid hacking.

Step 3

After resetting your account, return to the Gmail login page, and use your new Google account details to sign in.

That’s how simple it is. You don’t need any tools and it’s not rocket science. So, you can do it as long as you follow the steps above. Also, this method applies regardless of the type of device you use (phone, tablet, or PC).

Method 2: Bypass Gmail Login Verification via Google Keyboard

If you can’t remember the Gmail account details after resetting your phone, you’d be stuck on the Google/Gmail Login Verification page.

Note:

That’s because Google has Factory Reset Protection (FRP) on Android phones running on OS version 5.1 or later. It secures them from factory reset attempts by requiring users to enter the correct Google account that was used prior to the reset. Until you provide the right one, you won’t be able to use the phone.

Luckily for you, there’s a trick to bypass Gmail login verification involving the Google Keyboard.

Step 1

On the Gmail login page, tap on the email/password box. The Google Keyboard/Gboard should appear. Then, tap and hold the @ key and it should prompt options on the screen. Select Google Keyboard Settings.

Step 2

Next, hit the 3-dot option in the Keyboard Settings and select Help & Feedback. You will be redirected to another page. In there, just select and hold random texts until you see options above them. Choose the Websearch option.

Step 3

Then, a search box will appear. Enter “Settings” to launch your phone’s Settings. Go to About phone and scroll down to Build Number. Tap it 7 times. You should see “You are now a developer!”. Go back to the main settings afterward.

Android About Phone

Step 4

There, you will see Developer Options just below About Phone. Open the DO and toggle on OEM Unlocking. Then, tap the back button twice and restart the phone.

After that, connect the phone to the WIFI and you should be able to add a new Google account, and login verification is finally bypassed.

However, it only works if your phone is using Gboard by default and it runs on Android 6 or earlier versions. Otherwise, this method won’t be of any use to you.

Method 3: Bypass Gmail Login Verification via SIM Card

If you are still stuck on the Gmail Login Verification page after you’ve reset your phone, inserting a SIM card may help. But this method doesn’t always work on every Android device. But it’s still worth a shot considering we are running out of options.

All you need is a SIM card and an extra phone where you can call the SIM number. You may ask friends and family to call if you don’t have the latter.

Step 1

Connect the phone to the WIFI. You can find the WIFI options on the page next to the Welcome screen. Insert a SIM card into the Gmail/Google-locked phone. Then, go to the extra phone and make the call.

Insert New SIM Card

Step 2

Answer the phone call and choose the Add Number (+) option to save the caller’s number as a new contact. Then, type in random numbers on the name box and select Google Account as your save option.

Step 3

After that, the phone should allow you to add or create a new Google account. It will redirect you to a secure page where you can do it. Then, restart the phone and reconnect to the WIFI. You should be able to log in using the account you added/created.
