Method 1: Transfer Files between iPhone and Mac via AirDrop
One of the easiest ways to share files between Mac and iPhone is through AirDrop. It can wirelessly transfer any type of file such as music, videos, photos, documents, and more from one IOS device to another.
You just need to make sure that both devices are near to each other to connect them properly.

First, enable AirDrop on your Mac by going to Finder > Go > AirDrop. On the drop-down button at the bottom of the screen, choose Everyone.
On your iPhone, locate the files you want to transfer, tick the Share icon, and choose AirDrop.
Turn on the feature and tap the Mac icon to send the files. Once the transfer is done, go to your Mac and check the files.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > AirDrop > Everyone.
Open your Mac, locate and select the data you want to transfer, right-click on your mouse, choose Share, and tick on AirDrop.
When you see your iPhone avatar on the screen, click on it to begin the transfer. When it’s finished, press Done.
Method 2: File Transfer between Mac and iPhone via Finder
The Finder app on your Mac can directly sync the files between your Mac and iPhone. It supports data such as photos, music, movies, documents, videos, books, and more.
This method is pretty straightforward, and all you need to prepare is a USB lightning cable.

Connect your iPhone to your Mac using a lightning cord, then tap the Trust on the notification to proceed.
Open Finder on your Mac, On the sidebar, click your iPhone and open the Files tab.
From there you will see a list of apps from your iPhone. To see the files within the app simply press the > icon beside them.
To transfer the iPhone files to your Mac, create a folder on your Mac and drag the files from Finder toward the folder.
Sync Files from Mac to iPhone
Follow steps 1 and 2 above, then open another Finder window and locate the data you want to transfer.
Drag and drop the files towards the Files tab on your iPhone.
After transferring your files, you may unplug your iPhone and see the data you just moved.
